The romantic pair, who got married in a surprise ceremony in the Bahamas four years ago, booked the top of the city’s famous Eiffel Tower for a late night ceremony yesterday.
TV presenter Nick looked overjoyed as he wrapped his arms around his superstar wife, who was wearing a slinky white silk dress and lots of diamonds.
Mariah later took to twitter to celebrate their “incredible night” with her fans.
She wrote: “I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower.
“Thank you so much to all the fans who came out as always and showed their love and support. I love you!”
Nick – who has recently battled ill health – recently admitted he continued to be amazed by his marriage to Mariah, with whom he now has nearly one-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.
He said: “We get married every year; it’s our thing. I just have to keep doing it to make sure it’s real!”
Nick recently revealed the couple planned to celebrate their children turning one with a special celebration outside of the US.
He said: “It’s up in the air right now but it’s probably not going to be in the States. We are going to take it overseas.”
When a party at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France was suggested, Nick appeared to hint the speculation was right, smiling as he said: “You’re good. You’re good.”

The “All I Want for Christmas is You” signer brought along her twins, Moroccan and Monroe but left her hubby, Nick Cannon after the two renewed their vows on Friday night (April 27), and she tweeted, “Tonight was an incredible night, I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower.”
In career news, the 40-year-old singer recently announced that she will release a greatest hits album titled, The Essential Mariah Carey that will feature popular recordings from her albums in the nineties.
“I wanted to create a collection of some of my favorite songs. Several of them are very big hits and some are more obscure favorites of mine as well as fan faves,” Miss Carey said about the two-disc set.

Romanticismo y París es una unión perfecta, y conscientes de ello Mariah Carey y Nick Cannon han querido que sea la ciudad de las luces el testigo perfecto para reafirmar su amor, que ya cuenta con cuatro años de matrimonio.
La historia entre la cantante y el rapero bien podría sacarse de un cuento de hadas, y es que lo suyo fue un auténtico flechazo. Tan solo hizo falta algo más de un mes para que la pareja se diera cuenta de que están hechos el uno para el otro y se decidiera a dar el gran paso del matrimonio, una boda ‘sorpresa’ que tuvo lugar el 30 de abril de 2008 en las Bahamas.
Fieles a renovar los votos matrimoniales cada año, Mariah y Nick pusieron rumbo esta vez a París para celebrarlo allí. Para sorpresa de todos, la pareja no quiso que la prensa perdiera detalle del momento, y por ello les invitó al lugar donde celebraron la renovación, un lujoso hotel con espectaculares vistas a la Torre Eiffel. Así, frente al emblemático monumento, el feliz matrimonio se dedicó miles de gestos de cariño ante los flashes de los fotógrafos.
Para la ocasión, la pareja no pudo ir más conjuntada, dejando claro que coinciden hasta en el estilo a la hora de vestir. Así, ambos se decantaron por el blanco y el negro, los colores estrella de este tipo de ceremonias. La cantante lucía espectacular con un ceñido vestido que acentuaba su figura, que Mariah ha sabido recuperar meses después de su embarazo. Un lazo negro a la cintura y un vistoso collar de diamantes completaban el look de la artista. Nick, por su parte, se decantó por un traje blanco, con corbata y zapatos en negro.
La pareja ha viajado hasta la capital francesa con el principal propósito de la renovación de sus votos, pero también han tenido tiempo de pasear por la ciudad y de hacer algunas compras de cara al primer cumpleaños de los mellizos Monroe y Moroccan que, cosas del destino, nacieron el 30 de abril del año pasado, el mismo día en que sus padres celebran su aniversario de bodas.
Mariah Carey y Nick Cannon cenaron en el restaurante de la segunda planta de la Torre Eiffel, Jules Verne, para subir después a lo alto de la torre para celebrar una ceremonia romántica a la 1 de la madrugada, justo cuando las luces se apagan y brillan por última vez hasta el día siguiente.
