Dear All my lovely lambs,

How are my wonderful people doing?? Hope all of you are enjoying their holiday!

I am on promotion, so I have no rest at all! Good thing is though, is that I get to meet all my lovely lambs. About my little secret that I talked about last week, I am hooked on cardio-exercise. It’s not as popular in Japan yet, but it’s a good way to get an effective workout in short time!! Even I can do it!

Also healthy eating is important. I’m cutting all my favorite candies and cheese. The most important thing is to keep in mind that people are always watching you! It can be anybody, like your love ones, family, anybody! You guys should try this with me!
