Lately I have been losing faith in my abilities… Is there a way I can snap out of this negativity??? Rose from Milan, Italy
Dear Signora Rose,
I’d like to start off by saying it is natural that you are feeling as if you have lost faith in what you can do. It is a natural part of life to have times of negativity or rough patches come your way.
Sometimes you feel like you’re back at square one or going “Round in Circles”. You are not alone I can promise you this.
Why do you feel you have lost faith in your abilities? Could it be because you are very stressed with a particular situation at this time? Whatever the reason may be Rose, We (the Lambily & I) are here for you to help you through this.
Remember who you are Rose and how far you have come along in life. Life is a long journey and sometimes the road can be pretty rough before it gives away to happier and joyous times. You are experiencing a bend in the road right now but soon the road will be straight you will be able to get to where you want to go. What I’m trying to say is you have made it this far in life and you are still standing meaning that you are evidently a strong person. You’re a lamb and it’s lamb instincts to be a strong and successful person. Think of all the good things you’ve succeeded in over the past few years and perhaps make goals for future achievements.
Believe in yourself and your personality. We are all different individuals and we influence peoples lives around us every day. The ones we love we make them smile; teach them things, we learn a lot from them as they do about us and vice versa.
Do you have loved ones you can confide within? Perhaps ask them what makes you important to them and what your strengths are. Realising your own strengths from your loved ones is a great way to understanding and seeing the true potential you have within yourself. After all you’re that chick they like!
Finally, Let me just say Rose. Although life may spin dark clouds your way and the people around you may make you lose belief, always belief in yourself. Never let anyone or anything bring you down and never let negativity into your heart. What you have in you is unique and precious and as Mariah sings in Can’t Take That Away (Mariah’s Theme) there’s a light in you that shines brightly.
Anything is possible in this world and you can be what you want to be if you try hard enough! Life is only made too short if you let negativity get to you.

Dear Agent Dee,
Mariah writes a lot of songs about heartache; what songs do you recommend to help me get over mine? Lauren P Frost from Sydney, Australia.
Hello Lauren, another lamb from down under. First of all let me express my sorrow that you are going through some pain and heartache at the moment. Heartache is like grief; there are many stages to it, mixed with sad, angry, happy and other feelings.
Many a time I have started off with “Can’t Let Go” … tissues out everywhere. I was a mess and dying to understand “didn’t he cherish me right?” But then I just got plain angry & blasted out “Someday.”
Lauren dahhling I’m like “He had it all, but did not know.” Then when I was over all the sadness, “I’ll Be There” playing out loud and I was wishing him well.
What I’m trying to say Lauren is that heartbreak is never easy but luckily Mariah has a song designed for every area of this situation and the songs I’ve mentioned are only a few examples that can help you with your heartache.
“Thanx 4 Nothin’, “Butterfly” and “Love Takes Time” are also good numbers that will help you make it through the rain of heartache Lauren. I hope these songs help you feel better and heal the pain.

Dear Agent Dee,
I am currently feeling down and need me a pick me up… Can you help? Susie Lamb from New Zealand.
Aloha Susie lamb all the way from festive New Zealand. First of all I am sorry for whatever reason you are feeling down. Could it be romance, friends, family or life in general? Well one thing for sure is there are many remedies to pick yourself up when you are not feeling your 100 percent self! Dahhling allow me to suggest a few.
If there is someone close to you talk to them and ask them what makes you special to them. Sometimes hearing nice things about yourself reminds you of why you are close to an individual and it really lifts your spirits high.
Do you have a favourite hobby? If so take some time out for you to indulge within this favourite pastime of yours. If like me your pastimes involve singing in the mirror to your favourite MC Stone groove classics, (hair dryer in one hand, M by Mariah Fragrance in the other) You’ll agree that having you time is the best thing for when you are feeling down. Join me Suzie dahhling! C’MON!! Turn up that butterfly CD! Spray Lollipop bling around the room and sing #DemLungs off to your favourite Mariah CD’s. Can’t Nobody tell us nothin.’
Having a lamb convention with your favourite lambily friends on twitter is a S.G.S.H.W idea to blast away those blues! In-fact you’ll end the day feeling more festive than ever. So tweet up a favourite lamb of yours Suzie, Speed dial, RT, Connect to the Lambily! As lambs we are the most festive people you will ever meet. We are forever swinging home festive scenes of a nostalgic & pip nature on the most grandtastic of scales.
Finally, remember that H.A.T.E.U is a temporary feeling that will not last forever, just like the seasons within the year. Winter, Spring, Summer & Autumn change our year with different kinds of weather and this is how you should view the situation. It’ll all blow over! You will make this happen my love.
I hope this helps you feel better soon!
