THEY are pop rivals but Christina Aguilera is now backing fellow talent show judges Britney Spears and Mariah Carey.

Christina, a mentor on the US version of The Voice, says Britney, on The X Factor USA, and Mariah, who has joined American Idol, are strong women.

She added: “From all the experience we’ve had, we’re able to feed a new wave of talent coming up.”
