Glamorous Mariah Carey was always going to ensure her children were dressed immaculately for their very first New Year’s Eve celebration.

And the singer, 41, went one step further, dressing to match her twins Monroe and Moroccan as they stepped out in Aspen last night.

Mariah and her husband Nick Cannon paid a visit to her mother’s jewellery store and happily posed for photographers outside.

The Heartbreaker singer was dressed all in white with a chunky knit cardigan and leggings.

The eight-month-old twins were outfitted to match their mother in cosy white knitwear.
Even America’s Got Talent host Nick, 31 wore a snow white jacket and beanie, his grey trousers matching the lining of the twins carriers.

Mariah and Nick wore matching tan boots for their evening stroll through the ski resort.

At midnight, Carey tweeted: ‘Happy 2012 to ALL! LYM4E to all TLITL! This is OUR YEAR! Me+My fam send U SO much LUV! I wouldn’t exist w/out you! GOD BLESS!’

She added: ‘Seriously,you guys got me thru a twin pregnancy,new holiday songs,and keep inspiring me to make U proud! I love and adore you.’

Mariah has been holidaying in Aspen for the past week with her family.

While she covered up last night, the singing sensation proudly showed off her post-baby weight loss in a skintight outfit the day before.

The Jenny Craig spokesperson wore a spandex one-piece ski suit that showed off her trim figure from every angle.

After losing 30lbs she openly discussed her weight in an interview with ABC News and the media pressure to shed the extra poundage quickly.
The defiant diva said: ‘If they want to rag at me for looking like a huge boat, like that wasn’t my fault, I couldn’t help it.
‘Carrying two human lives inside me and doing the best I could. What am I going to do?’
