Mariah Carey Connection

Fans did not have to wait long, the new Mariah Carey album entitled Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is NOW in stores.

Her previous album E=MC2 was judged by many critics as an inferior copy of The Emancipation of Mimi, did include her No.1 hit “Touch My Body,” failed to raise any dust.

For this new album she has entirely omitted that sound. Slow jams, uptempo and alternative ballads make the atmosphere of the album feel very reminiscent of her Butterfly period. The various interludes provide a heavenly sound. Absolute show stoppers are ‘Obsessed’, H.A.T.E.U, Standing O, the Foreigner’s cover “I Want To Know What Love Is” and the beautiful “Angels Cry” that you really MUST listen because it is probably her best ballad in years.

The new album from Mariah Carey, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, is in stores NOW in Deluxe Edition featuring four great “Obsessed” remixes. The standard version is released next week.
