Continuing her trip to Italy, Mariah Carey was spotted making her exit from the Four Seasons Hotel today (November 11) in Milan.The “Touch My Body” babe looked lovely as she signed autographs for fans and posed for pictures, sporting a black half-sweater over a pink top with black trousers and black heels.
