MARIAH Carey wants to turn her twins into models!

The singer — who raises 16-month-old Monroe (“Roe”) and Moroc­can (“Roc”) with husband Nick Cannon — has been left delighted after her kids were flooded with big-dollar modeling offers since their proud mama started post­ing their pictures online.

Mariah has even launched a website for them – naming it Dem Babies, her nickname for the duo.

“Mariah can’t help herself,” a source told the National Enquirer. “She loves showing off her incredibly cute son and daughter. She thinks they have that special star quality.”

“Mariah and Nick’s twins are hot commodities in the modeling world.”

“Lux­ury brands are eager to sign up the babies for upcoming ad campaigns, and at least two big modeling agen­cies have approached Mariah and Nick about locking their twins into a lucrative contract.”
