Mariah Carey kicks off the early Christmas festivities with the following message:
Dear Lambily, Christmas Time Is In The Air Again so please sleep in heavenly peace tonight. It’s so old school but I do so Miss You Most (at Christmas Time).
Come on over for a Housetop Celebration, Randy will be there & possibly JD, y’all know it’s Christmas! Don’t forget the whole world feels a little bit more love WHEN CHRISTMAS COMES. It is customary for record labels and artists to begin promotion of holiday releases in October and early November because they have to get an early start with distribution and the promotional campaign, so this is not out of the ordinary. The retail stores have to make their orders for the CD’s early so they can be assured they will have them in stock once the Black Friday rush begins. This is known throughout the music industry and retail business. I hope this helps you understand why Mariah, Bieber, Michael Buble and others are already talking up their holiday projects.
