New Year’s Eve in New York City just got a little more interesting with the announcement that Mariah Carey will ring in 2010 at Madison Square Garden.
Live Nation says fans will get a healthy dose of Carey’s hits as well as songs from her latest album – Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel – that recently debuted at No. 1 on the R&B charts and gave birth to the platinum single “Obsessed” as well as her lastest single, “H.A.T.E.U.”
A Citi Card presale begins tomorrow at 10 a.m. and ends Nov. 13 at 10 p.m. The public onsale begins this Saturday at 11 a.m. All times Eastern Standard.
Tickets for Carey’s New Year’s Eve blowout at the Garden come in a variety of prices ranging from the bargain-basement $20.10 to $175.75. Other ticket prices are $125.75, $99.75 and $65.75. Golden Circle Seats are also available.

I hope that this leads to a tour. Her voice has been sounding REALLY good in her latest live performances. I was really impressed with her Stripped Concert, especially ABMB. Her voice was really clear, which we hadn’t heard in a while. She also did her thing on Oprah and The View. Besides, its about time our girl got back to doing full concerts, which we know she is capable of doing.

I hope this leads to a tour as weel. I have floor tickets for this concert but and as a New Yorker, I’m more than appreciative that MC has decided to celebrate with her home fans (She’s the best — I mean, who else does stuff like that?) but I hope for all lambs that they will get the chance to see her live. It’s ALWAYS spectacular. Thanks again MC for bringing in New Years with your lambs

Mariah Fan,
I got amazing tix for 175$. Remember this is a unique event. 175$ is alot to me but with all due respect, at least MC still gives fans reasonable prices for good tickets (if not the best). I mean, I’m on the floor at MSG. Go for the 175 tix.
It’s still alot of money, but not compared to what people like Celine, Madonna, etc.. charge… MC reserved alot of space for a reaonable price. It may not be 1st row but that’s OK
And no disrespect to other artists but I appreciate what MC does for her “lambs”
