Terius “The Dream” Nash & C. “Tricky” Stewart picked up an ASCAP Most Performed Song Award for Mariah Carey’s Obsessed.
 Strangely Mariah Carey was not listed as writer by ASCAP for the song & therefore was not a recipient:

well that’s dumb. She’s credited as a co-writer!

well they should take her name off of My Love and off that law suit for My Love. Let the Dream get all that credit right there.

Is it about Mariah’s a member of BMI not ASCAP?

Yes the reason she was not named a writer is because she is not a member of ASCAP and thus would not be eligible for this award. She will be mention if their is a BMI award.
