Mariah Carey’s rep dismisses labor reports

Mariah Carey’s publicist is dismissing reports she will become a first-time mom before the end of the week after her husband Nick Cannon sparked labor rumors following a frantic tweet.
Cannon took to his Twitter account Tuesday night to update followers to his whereabouts and his comments started a gossip frenzy.
He wrote, “On a plane back to NY. Praying Dem Babies wait for DADDY to come back b4 they pop out (sic)!”
But Carey’s rep insists the dad-to-be has got nothing to worry about – the singer is not in labor.
The Hero hitmaker was briefly hospitalized at the weekend after experiencing contractions on Saturday night.
Carey is expecting twins in May.
