With crowds in the thousands, Mariah Carey was at Westfield London yesterday to switch the Christmas lights on, conduct an album signing for “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel” & a photo shoot for “Forever” fragrance contest winners.

I need MC to get a new stylist….. There is a difference between street wear and red carpet/event wear…. Im so not feeling that get up. We’ve seen the black outfit 10 times already since this era began.

She’s definitely beautiful! I’ve always thought that she’s one of the most beautiful celebrities alive. Just not feeling the outfit. Just my opinion tho.

Uhm, it wasn’t a red carpet event. She was switching on the Christmas lights in a mall. An evening gown would only have fueled the diva rumours more.

I am very happy with the way she’s been dressing in Europe. Sexy but covered up, classy but with an hedge. I wish she would do the same here in the US. That horrid outfit she wore at the Ellen Degeneres show was really too much for me.
Anyway, anyone knows when she’s flying back to the States? …

For me Mariah looks stunning, understated yet naturally amazing. Her figure hugging outfit shows off her curves perfectly. She was also hilariously funny on the Alan Carr show. Bring on X Factor! Love ya MC! xxx

Happy for all of you lambs in the UK. I know you don’t get to see MC as much as we do in the states. I’m broke now b/c I’m seeing her at Madison Square Garden on New Years Eve and I just got tix for Atlantic City (7th row) on January 2nd. B/C it’s around XMAS, I think I might faint if she sings All I Want For XMAS Is You. Never heard it live at a concert venue. With all these gigs and performances coming on, I feel a world tour coming on

Funny too -
175$ for floor tix at Msg (awesome tix) and 200$ for tix at atalantic city — I would have thought that MSG would be more expensive b/c of New Years Eve but it’s gonna be a party show (I think) where Atlantic City will be an intimate event like Las Vegas

I think what she was wearing was just appropriate for the event - christmas lighting at a mall. For me she is one of the most fashionable artists around.
I just noticed that MC has a different radiance in Europe. She looks prettier over there.

Yeah that outfit she wore on Ellen was ridiculous. My niece was watching it and was like, “what is that ? Is that how your supposed to wear your garters now? With them hanging out?” I was so embarrassed. My sis was watching it with us and she was like, “This is why I stopped being a fan”.
