Macy’s Inc.’s is adding some extra star power to its celebrity advertising with help from rock musician Carlos Santana, R&B singer Mariah Carey and model Gabriel Aubry. The Cincinnati-based retailer hopes to boost sales with two new ads starting this weekend that feature the three celebrities and their designer products sold at Macy’s. The new stars making their debut in the Macy’s national TV ads will be joined by domestic entrepreneur Martha Stewart and tycoon Donald Trump.
