The multi-award winning artist will be holding a special record signing at Westfield London where she will have the opportunity to meet and greet fans. Mariah will also help Westfield shoppers to get ready for the festive season by turning on the Christmas lights with the help of eight children from the charity ‘Help A London Child’.

‘Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel,’ the singer’s twelfth studio album, is widely considered to be her most personal and revealing offering to date and the album has already proved to be a big hit in the US. Mariah is now the only active recording artist in the 50 year history of the Billboard Hot 100 with the potential to surpass the Beatles’ all-time high of 20 #1 hits.

‘Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel,’ features 2 discs. Disc 1 contains 17 tracks which blend instantly memorable wistful ballads with ‘H.A.T.E. U’, ‘Candy Bling’, the up-tempo catchy ‘Standing O’ and the no nonsense ‘Up Out Of My Face’. Disc 2 features a selection of remixes of the much talked about single’ Obsessed’.

Mariah will arrive at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush on Thursday 19 November 2009 from 6:00pm to turn on the lights. The record signing will commence straight afterwards.

I’m quessing they will do the same thing they did at TMB signing, when your in the cue theres like a till point and copys of the cd and you have to buy one and that is what gets signed. is the date definately right??? im just checking it is definately next thursday not tommorw and jus the date wrote down here is wrong. coz i dont wanna miss this event going a week late lool

  3. BC Says:

Finally London gets us some MC woo cannot wait a week tomorrow and i get to possibly see my idol! How do we get a wristband do we have to turn up like hours before for a guarentee??

  4. obsessed fan Says:

Oh. So do those copies sold at the signing count towards her first week sales? This sounds ridiculous, why can’t they release the CD at the same time as the signing?!

  5. mck Says:

Yeah the copies will count towards first week sales, a little pre of pre-release buzz is always good. plus when the media reports on the signing they will mention the album, unlike were theyve just been mentionin mariahs new moive whenever shes been promoting elsewere

  6. obsessed fan Says:

Hmmmz. Mariah Daily Journal says that the album is released on 16th Nov whereas the single will be available on 14th. Why the discrepancy in the release details? Is Mercury Records seriously trying to sabotage Mariah’s career? They already robbed her of a top ten single (Obsessed) by not releasing it!

  7. Dru - U.K Says:

Obsessed fan your so right! She was robbed of a single! She could of even made it a buzz single here but it wasn’t like that at all :) I’m just praying she does a world tour next year she needs to really! It’s been like 4-5 years since the last one I’d 100% pay to see her :) xx
